Mindset

Your mindset before you walk into the gym (or any challenge), victory or defeat has already been determined. We dont always get to choose the battles we fight, however, we ALWAYS have the opportunity to choose the MENTALITY from which the battle is fought in. Some challenges require tou to be more assertive. Some require you to be patient, more agressive, more focused, and some more strategic. The key is, understanding which MENTAL POSTURE to be in at the appropriate time. Dont over inflate your challenge by focusing on it more than your own mindset. Remember, the battle is first won or lost in your mind. I have heard people say " you cant be a conqueror unless you conquered something." I say " i was a conqueror before the battle ever began."
